Sandra Shroff ROFEL College of Nursing started in 2003 with vision to prepare professionally competent nurses to deliver zero deficits nursing care to patients under their custody. In 2010, our academic centre for excellence launched post-graduation courses in nursing specialty. College is affiliated to Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU), Surat. This is the self-financed college in Gujarat.
